1. What Vibenti offers

Vibenti gives artists and organizers a tool to publish events and sell tickets. The organizer is the seller of the ticket and is responsible for the event. Vibenti acts as a technology provider.

2. Artist account

Signing up is free. Artists must provide accurate information, keep their password confidential, and hold the permits and licenses required to hold the event they publish.

3. Payments and fee

Payments are processed through Stripe using the account connected by the artist, who receives the ticket proceeds in their own account. Vibenti automatically retains a 1% fee on each ticket sold. Stripe's own processing fees apply separately according to Stripe's pricing.

4. Tickets

After payment, the buyer receives a ticket with a unique QR code. Each ticket is valid once and is voided when scanned at the door. Resale above face value, reproduction and duplication are prohibited.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased, unless the organizer offers a more favorable policy or the consumer law applicable to the buyer provides otherwise. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the organizer must notify attendees and process refunds; Vibenti will refund its fee on refunded tickets.

6. Prohibited content

Illegal, fraudulent, hateful or rights-infringing events may not be published. Vibenti may unpublish events and close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

Vibenti is not responsible for the event itself or for the relationship between organizer and attendee. Its liability is limited in all cases to the fees received for the affected transaction.

8. Governing law

The service is provided by Telemplea LLC (d/b/a “Vibenti”), a business registered in Wyoming, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of that state, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and its courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to users in their country of residence.
