Where data is processed

Vibenti is a US company, and its infrastructure, payment and email providers may process data in the United States and other countries. For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, those transfers rely on standard contractual clauses signed with those providers.

What we collect

From artists: name, email, hashed password, public profile data (bio, city, links) and the billing details required for their Stripe account. From buyers: name, email and purchase data (event, ticket type, amount and ticket status). Card details are entered directly with Stripe; Vibenti never receives or stores them.

Why we use it

To create and maintain artist accounts, publish events, process ticket purchases, deliver the ticket with its QR code, validate it at the door, and comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract (artist sign-up and ticket purchase), compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Who else accesses the data

The organizing artist accesses their attendees' data to manage entry. We use processors: Stripe (payments), our infrastructure and database provider, and our email provider. We do not sell data to third parties.

Retention

We keep data while the account is active and afterwards for the periods required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability by writing to hola@vibenti.com. We never sell or share personal data for advertising purposes. California residents may exercise their CCPA/CPRA rights through the same channel, and EU or UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies needed to keep you signed in and run the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
