Purpose

Vibenti is a platform that lets artists and organizers publish events and sell tickets, collecting payment directly through their own Stripe account. Vibenti does not organize the events and is not a party to the contract between the organizer and the attendee.

Use of the site

Access is free. Users agree to use the platform lawfully, not to publish unlawful or misleading content, and not to interfere with the service. Vibenti may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Intellectual property

The Vibenti brand, design and software belong to the company. Event text, images and logos belong to the artist or organizer publishing them, who warrants holding the necessary rights.

Liability

Vibenti is not responsible for the delivery, cancellation or quality of events, which are the organizer's sole responsibility, nor for service interruptions beyond its control or the content of linked sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in that state have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to users in their country of residence.
